Which tenders can you take on?
One open UK public tender published on Find a Tender or Contracts Finder (for care, a framework or DPS application also counts), closing at least 4 working days after you order. The £149 pack covers one tender and one lot in grounds maintenance, roofing, building repairs and maintenance, electrical, fire safety, cleaning and security. The £249 care pack covers one home care or supported living tender, one framework or DPS application, or one lot. For a framework or DPS we cover the application stage, not later call-offs.
When does the 48-hour clock start?
When we have the tender documents. If they sit behind a buyer portal such as ProContract, In-Tend, Delta, Atamis, Jaggaer or Proactis, forward them to us. We do not create portal accounts on your behalf.
What if you are late, or the tender does not qualify?
If the pack is late, or we cannot do it, you get a full refund. If the tender has closed, closes too soon or is outside the pack's scope (for the £149 pack, a whole framework rather than a single tender), we offer a swap to another tender or a full refund.
Do you write or submit the bid?
We write a first draft of your answers from the facts you give us, with clear placeholders for names, numbers, accreditations and case studies. You review it, complete it and submit it. We never submit a bid, give legal or regulatory advice, or guarantee a win.
Will you tell us what price to bid?
No. The benchmark lists 5 to 15 comparable past awards, with a link to each, and the low, median and high annualised values. Award values are often estimates or framework ceilings, and we say so where we see it. The bid price is your decision.
Are changes included?
Yes. One round of small fixes within 7 days of delivery.
