YOUR FIRST FREE EXPORT
Use desktop Chrome and start with a short chat you know. Check the result before exporting anything important.
Install AI Chat Exporter from the Chrome Web Store. In Chrome’s Extensions menu, pin it so the icon is easy to find.
Open the free Chrome listingOpen a chat on Gemini, or open a notebook’s chat in NotebookLM. Use your usual Google account. Stay on that chat tab.
Click the AI Chat Exporter icon, choose the format and export. If a download page opens, click Download. For PDF, choose Save as PDF in Chrome’s print dialog.
Open Chrome’s Extensions menu (the puzzle piece), then choose AI Chat Exporter. If a new tab or download view opens, finish saving there. Check Chrome’s Downloads if you lose track of a file.
